Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a tableware made of glass, porcelain or ceramic, comprising at least one information-containing, electronically readable data carrier, in particular a transponder.
- a harness with an integrated data carrier in the form of a transponder is known, wherein the transponder can be cast among other things.
- the transponder can be read via a suitable electronic detection means, the transponder information at a given time at a specific location. For example, it is possible to identify a specific piece of crockery, which is very useful especially in the field of catering, especially in the area of self-service restaurants, where the customer can take his own food.
- Such an electronically readable element now offers, for example at a cash register, the possibility of extracting information about the actual weight of the crockery item from the data carrier, for which purpose no visual connection is required, as is the case with previous barcodes on crockery items as information carriers ,
- Such a readable medium may also contain a variety of different information, such as information about the age of the utensil, how many Cycles it has already gone through (food distribution / washing) and information about the rinsing and temperature history, etc.
- a central problem is the optimal protection against mechanical stress on the data carrier, on the one hand in the usual handling of the dishes in the restaurant itself, on the other hand in the downstream area where the dishes are washed and stacked.
- Another problem is the safe thermal protection of the disk, on the one hand by charged hot food, on the other hand when cleaning, where sometimes very high temperatures prevail. It must therefore be ensured that the transponder is optimally secured and protected. It must also be prevented that the disk can be removed unchecked and thus the tableware for the actual purpose is no longer usable.
- the invention is therefore based on the problem of specifying a method for producing such a dishware, which specify a secure fixation of the data carrier, which offers a high mechanical and thermal protection.
- the invention is based on the one of the idea to provide a separate recording in the form of a depression on the crockery itself, in which the wearer is integrated, including the potting compound is used.
- the tableware is heated to a temperature above room temperature to accelerate the curing process, said temperature should be ⁇ 50 ° C, in particular ⁇ 70 ° C and preferably at about 90 ° C.
- This increased temperature ensures that there is no blistering in the potting compound, on the other hand, the setting process can be accelerated here, which is beneficial for efficient production.
- the insertion of the transponder or the data carrier offers in a dish-side depression a high degree of protection, which is further improved by the fact that the disk is completely integrated into the potting compound, which is cured bubble-free as described.
- a part of the potting compound and then the disk are introduced, after which the potting compound hardens at elevated temperature, and then in a second step, the remainder of the potting compound in the recess, embedding the medium completely, is introduced, after which the potting compound cures at elevated temperature.
- first some casting compound is introduced into the dishware heated to, for example, about 90 °, whereafter the transponder is glued and fixed in the recess via this casting compound.
- the potting compound binds at least slightly, the disk is firmly fixed.
- the crockery can be heated to the elevated temperature before or after the introduction of the part of the potting compound and the data carrier, wherein after the introduction of the remainder of the potting compound re-heating takes place, wherein the temperature reached is maintained for a time and then cools the crockery ,
- the crockery part can already be heated when the first part of the potting compound is introduced, Alternatively, the heating can also be done after the potting compound and the disk were used. In any case, in the second step, the heating takes place only after the complete casting with a holding time, which should be at least 5 minutes, preferably at least 10 minutes, to ensure complete curing and to accelerate the setting process.
- the amount of potting compound introduced is dimensioned such that the recess is filled completely flush with the surface after curing, so that therefore no edges or edges are formed on which dirt or the like can settle.
- an epoxy resin is preferably used, which cures as quickly and without bubbles.

- the crockery part is inventively characterized in that at the bottom of the crockery part is provided by a raised, protruding from the bottom surface edge limited recess into which the disk is poured with a cured potting compound.
- the raised edge and thus the recess is preferably circular and has a diameter of at least 15 mm, in particular of at least 20 mm, preferably of about 28 mm in the interior.
- the depression should be at least 1.5 mm deep, with the edge protruding from the bottom surface by approximately 1 mm or less, that is, the depression extends into the cullet, which for this reason preferably has a bottom thickness of 5 mm, preferably at least 5.5 mm, in particular 5.8 mm, so that it is avoided that the depression optically shines through on the useful or visible surface.
- the edge should have a width of at least 1.5 mm, in particular of about 2 mm, so that overall it provides good edge protection.
- Plates are preferably produced in the isostatic pressing process, wherein the contour of the back of the plate or the back of the plate is formed in ceramic or porcelain parts via a flexible PU membrane.
- the recess already described above preferably with a depth of 1.5 mm and a diameter of 28 mm, is carried out in this pressing method.
- This depression should not be in the middle in order not to hinder the attachment of any soil mark.
- the highest possible shearing of the soil is needed so that the depression does not impair the stability of the plate floor.
- crockery items such as bowls or cups such a preferably circular, provided with a raised edge area recess is also realized.
- These crockery items of ceramic or porcelain are made by means of a plaster mold, which is profiled accordingly. Unlike the pressed articles, however, must with these turned dishes the depression are placed centrally in the underside of the table-top part, since in an acentric arrangement no clean formation of the annular edge elevation around the transponder recess is possible. Even with these tableware parts of the bottom was slightly reinforced and has the dimensions described above. The same applies in the production of glass pressed parts.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a tableware made of glass, porcelain or ceramic, comprising at least one information-containing, electronically readable data carrier, in particular a transponder.
A central problem is the optimal protection against mechanical stress on the data carrier, on the one hand in the usual handling of the dishes in the restaurant itself, on the other hand in the downstream area where the dishes are washed and stacked. Another problem is the safe thermal protection of the disk, on the one hand by charged hot food, on the other hand when cleaning, where sometimes very high temperatures prevail. It must therefore be ensured that the transponder is optimally secured and protected. It must also be prevented that the disk can be removed unchecked and thus the tableware for the actual purpose is no longer usable.
The invention is therefore based on the problem of specifying a method for producing such a dishware, which specify a secure fixation of the data carrier, which offers a high mechanical and thermal protection.
To solve this problem is provided according to the invention in a method of the type mentioned that is introduced into a formed on the dish part depression of the disk and a potting compound, wherein the crockery is heated to accelerate the curing of the potting compound to a temperature above room temperature.
The invention is based on the one of the idea to provide a separate recording in the form of a depression on the crockery itself, in which the wearer is integrated, including the potting compound is used. On the other hand, it is provided during the embedding of the transponder that the tableware is heated to a temperature above room temperature to accelerate the curing process, said temperature should be ≥ 50 ° C, in particular ≥ 70 ° C and preferably at about 90 ° C. This increased temperature ensures that there is no blistering in the potting compound, on the other hand, the setting process can be accelerated here, which is beneficial for efficient production. In addition, the insertion of the transponder or the data carrier offers in a dish-side depression a high degree of protection, which is further improved by the fact that the disk is completely integrated into the potting compound, which is cured bubble-free as described.
In a concrete embodiment of the invention it can be provided that in the recess in a first step, a part of the potting compound and then the disk are introduced, after which the potting compound hardens at elevated temperature, and then in a second step, the remainder of the potting compound in the recess, embedding the medium completely, is introduced, after which the potting compound cures at elevated temperature. According to this embodiment of the invention, first some casting compound is introduced into the dishware heated to, for example, about 90 °, whereafter the transponder is glued and fixed in the recess via this casting compound. At the elevated temperature, which can be maintained or gradually decrease, the potting compound binds at least slightly, the disk is firmly fixed. This ensures that no bubbles form, since the data carrier is first fixed on the dish part in the recess via the relatively thin casting compound layer. Subsequently, the rest of the potting compound is introduced in the second step, whereby the disk is completely embedded and surrounded by potting compound, so that it is protected on all sides. The casting compound now cures completely at the elevated temperature. This ensures that an all-round protection results, on the other hand, a bubble-free curing can be ensured here. The potting compound can be removed cleanly at the edge of the recess, so that there is a positive, planar surface.
In this case, the crockery can be heated to the elevated temperature before or after the introduction of the part of the potting compound and the data carrier, wherein after the introduction of the remainder of the potting compound re-heating takes place, wherein the temperature reached is maintained for a time and then cools the crockery , With regard to the first step, two different approaches are conceivable. On the one hand, the crockery part can already be heated when the first part of the potting compound is introduced, Alternatively, the heating can also be done after the potting compound and the disk were used. In any case, in the second step, the heating takes place only after the complete casting with a holding time, which should be at least 5 minutes, preferably at least 10 minutes, to ensure complete curing and to accelerate the setting process.
As already described, it is expedient if the amount of potting compound introduced is dimensioned such that the recess is filled completely flush with the surface after curing, so that therefore no edges or edges are formed on which dirt or the like can settle. As potting compound, an epoxy resin is preferably used, which cures as quickly and without bubbles.
In addition to the method, the invention further relates to a tableware made of glass, porcelain or ceramic, containing an electronically readable data carrier, such as a transponder, which dishware was made in particular by the method of the type described above. The crockery part is inventively characterized in that at the bottom of the crockery part is provided by a raised, protruding from the bottom surface edge limited recess into which the disk is poured with a cured potting compound.
The raised edge and thus the recess is preferably circular and has a diameter of at least 15 mm, in particular of at least 20 mm, preferably of about 28 mm in the interior. The depression should be at least 1.5 mm deep, with the edge protruding from the bottom surface by approximately 1 mm or less, that is, the depression extends into the cullet, which for this reason preferably has a bottom thickness of 5 mm, preferably at least 5.5 mm, in particular 5.8 mm, so that it is avoided that the depression optically shines through on the useful or visible surface.
The edge should have a width of at least 1.5 mm, in particular of about 2 mm, so that overall it provides good edge protection.
Depending on the type of crockery different types of crockery can be distinguished. On the one hand, flat dishes are to be named as plates or plates, in addition, recessed, hollow-turned dishes such as bowls, cups, etc. are mentioned.
Plates are preferably produced in the isostatic pressing process, wherein the contour of the back of the plate or the back of the plate is formed in ceramic or porcelain parts via a flexible PU membrane. In order to ensure safe integration of the transponder, the recess already described above, preferably with a depth of 1.5 mm and a diameter of 28 mm, is carried out in this pressing method. This depression should not be in the middle in order not to hinder the attachment of any soil mark. On the other hand, the highest possible shearing of the soil is needed so that the depression does not impair the stability of the plate floor. As a result, it is expedient for the recess to be positioned eccentrically and adjacent to a base-provided root circle on which the floor rests. Moreover, since the bottom profile of a plate does not run parallel, but has a slight arcuate shape, the previously described annular raised edge was provided, which on the one hand provides edge protection, on the other hand allows a clean trigger of the potting compound and provides the required depth of the depression , During the pressing process or in the dimensioning of the mold and the green compact, of course, the usual size changes due to burning shrinkage, etc. and the compression ratios must be taken into account, so that it is ensured that after firing the above dimensions are achieved. The same applies in the production of glass pressed parts.
In hollow-turned, deep crockery items such as bowls or cups such a preferably circular, provided with a raised edge area recess is also realized. These crockery items of ceramic or porcelain are made by means of a plaster mold, which is profiled accordingly.
