A collector and separator com )rising the combination of astack, a casing ormed of two parts and disposed on the stack, angle iron members connecting the two parts of the casing, a bell in the casing above the stack, means for varying the distance between the stack and the bell, an exit pipe projecting into the top of" the casing, and means for varying the distance between. the exit pipe and the bell.
